Privacy & your request
A business request. A clear purpose.
Your proposal request is used to understand your process and respond about the work you asked us to consider.
What the form stores
The form collects your business name, email, current tools or process and what you want improved. Website and contact name are optional. Submitted details, your reply consent and its wording version, a creation time and a request reference are stored in the existing protected, first-party proposal queue for this Site. Location is not required at first contact; omitted information stays blank, not verified.
The queue is not publicly listed and this Site provides no public record lookup or administrator page. Authorized operators use approved business routes to review and respond. Codex, an AI agent, performs the daily review. The website does not automatically send email when you submit.
What your consent means
The required unchecked checkbox permits a reply about your request. It does not consent to future marketing or create an order, signature, invoice, card authority, payment or subscription.
Business-process details only
Do not submit passwords, card details, Social Security numbers, customer records or other sensitive documents. There are no file uploads. Exact client location, tax details, authorized approver, scope, access, costs and funding are addressed during actual discovery before any order.
Retry protection and hosting
The form keeps only random request tokens in this tab’s browser history to tie Back and retries to the same request. Its code does not put business fields in localStorage or sessionStorage or send them automatically. Your browser may independently restore fields in its history.
Short-lived form token hashes and bounded shared counters support abuse limits. Tokens expire after 30 minutes and are removed on later form activity; a saved request retains the hashes needed to recognize an exact retry. The application does not add analytics or advertising trackers or store visitor IP addresses in the proposal table. Hosting infrastructure may process request metadata and operational logs; this is not a claim that the hosting service collects no data.
