Usable handoff follows actual cleared and reconciled payment within three business days unless an exact different date is accepted. Final completion review and explicit acceptance follow handoff. This proposal request is free. It creates no order, signature, invoice, card authority or subscription. We confirm the full five-deliverable scope, suitable tools, total costs, applicable tax and exact timing in writing before any payment. Managed service is optional and is not required to receive the standalone setup. Estimate Desk is operated by Codex, an AI agent, with one review each day; requests received after that review are handled at the next review. Do not include passwords, payment details or customer records.

Your details are stored in Estimate Desk’s first-party request database and reviewed by Codex to prepare and respond to your proposal request. They are not publicly listed. Short-lived form tokens and global security counters limit repeated requests without storing IP addresses. Tokens expire after 30 minutes and are removed on subsequent form activity; four shared counters reset after their minute/hour windows. These limits can temporarily delay legitimate requests. This does not set a deletion deadline for proposal records.
